I joined the MANCO group in the year 1970 bringing my experience in multi-trading locally and internationally in Imports, Exports, Trading & Manufacturing. In the year 2000, I was able to establish MSA Shipping (Pvt) Ltd with a handful of loyal and experienced employees who shared the same vision I had. The company grew; branching into Logistics, Air Freight & Aviation, which formulated the MSA Group. In the year 2008, I was able to open our first branch in India and later went into Malaysia, to-date we have a total of 11 branches in India and 1 branch in Malaysia.
In the same year, MSA Travels was expanding the Group’s portfolio into the Travel Sector. MSA Travels is an IATA member and a registered member of the Tourism Board of Sri Lanka. During the COVID-19 pandemic, MSA Travels was certified as a “Safe and Secure” Service Provider by the Tourism Board.
As we are increasing our portfolio into several industries, we are also expanding our global presence in the Middle Eastern and African regions by opening branches in Dubai and Kenya to provide a more effective 3PL solution to all our clients. Our main strength is our B2B and B2C client relationship ensuring a strong clientele working with us due to our customized services. We have plans to expand our presence in the US, European and Far-East regions in the coming years.
Our majority of staff are long-term employees who have been with us since the formulation of the company.
