About Abu Dhabi Ports Group
AD Ports Group is a port, industrial zones, and logistics operator based in the capital of the United Arab Emirates and is part of ADQ, one of the region’s largest holding companies with a broad portfolio of major enterprises spanning key sectors of Abu Dhabi’s diversified economy. AD Ports Group manages 11 ports and terminals in the UAE and Guinea.
In 2020, MICCO Logistics was acquired by AD Ports Group under AD Ports Logistics, the Group’s dedicated logistical arm, whereby it gained access to an extensive stock of temperature-controlled warehouses as well as a diversified transportation fleet.

In May 2020, via an agreement between AD Ports Group and the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), Abu Dhabi Maritime was established to deliver on Plan Maritime (Abu Dhabi Coastal and Marine Framework Plan), for the development of integrated coastal zone management and to oversee the regulation of the emirate’s waterways and ecosystems.
Located in Zayed Port, Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal first opened its gates in 2015.
In 2018, Abu Dhabi Ports opened its second cruise destination for the Emirate at Sir Bani Yas Cruise Beach, the first and only dedicated cruise beach of its kind in the Middle East.
